How to Specify a
Delphian System

There are three ways to specify a Delphian detector head:
1.   Sensor with a transmitter and explosion proof housing for the transmitter. These are connected directly to a controller mounted in a panel/rack or wall/enclosure mount Flexirack. This system is typically used for short distances between the sensing head and the controller. Calibration is required at both the sensor head and the controller.
2.   Sensor with a transmitter and a one-person remote calibration module in an explosion proof housing. This detector head can then be connected to a Delphian controller, computerized SAGE system or a users PLC.
3.    Sensor with a transmitter and SafeCAL in an explosion proof housing. This is typically used for non-invasive one-person calibration and has a digital display at the sensor.  This system is shipped pre-programmed from the factory. This detector head can then be connected to a Delphian controller, computerized SAGE system or a users PLC.
